RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICIES
Cancellation policy.
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be
canceled once it’s out for delivery.
In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified
time and a cancellation fee will be charged.
In case of any cancellation from our end due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be
initiated for prepaid orders.
Rehab India Needs reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order.
Return :
We have a 1-week return policy, which means you have 1 week after receiving your item to
request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn
or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are liable to pay for shipping cost incurred for the product. Same
will be informed to you while accepting return.
Replacement policy :
Exchange of the product will only happen when there is a wrong product or damaged product is
received from us. Once we receive all the necessary information we will process the exchange
and send you the new item which was ordered earlier only once we receive the previous item.
Shipping cost for the same will be paid by us.
Refunds :
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund
was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment
method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit
card company to process and post the refund too.
